Here on the e-bipolar blog you will find information related to bipolar disorder and other mental illness conditions including addiction.

The e-bipolar.com blog relates to all mental health issues including bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, addiction and all other mental problems.

I created the e-bipolar unscripted blog to share my experiences with bipolar disorder and other mental illness problems including addiction.

I want to share my thoughts and experiences on these topics and do it in an unscripted format.

For anyone who has bipolar disorder or other mental illness problems you know just how debilitating these mental problems can be and they can and often do require a lifetime treatment plan.

Very often bipolar disorder and other mental health disorders stem from childhood or from some type of trauma.

Then there are those that are born predestined with bipolar tendencies, mental illness tendencies and even addiction tendencies.

Getting to the root of your mental illness problems combined with good therapy and with stable medication is a good place to start.

Remember you have to start somewhere.

Like I have said before, medication can be test and trial so you keep trying until you find what works for you. The key aspect is to find a doctor and work with that doctor to find out what works best for you.

Bipolar is often accompanied by secondary issues such as other mental health problems and often times addictions to different or all mind altering substances.

Bipolar is manic depressive which means you have mania and depression.

Other Mental illness problems can also accompany bipolar The key is knowing what the symptoms of bipolar disorder are.

The symptoms can vary between individuals but the overall symptom base is the same.

If so I am glad that you are here. I created this blog to be an outlet for my Bipolar journey as well as helping and supporting others in their mental health journeys.

I have dealt with bipolar disorders, mental health issues and addictions since I was a young age and I hope that through what we can learn from each other on here that maybe we can help each other.

I didn’t want to limit my blog to just bipolar so i include all aspects of bipolar disorder, mental illness and addiction.

Knowing what the signs and symptoms are is a must when diagnosing and treating Bipolar disorder.

I am going to use this blog as a personal journal to share my experiences and solutions with you.

Next i want to use this blog for you to share your experiences and solutions with me and everybody else.

You can do that through commenting and even guest posting.

I hope to make daily entries or at least every other day and talk about my life with bipolar and keep everyone updated on how I am doing each day.

I will also be sharing a variety of different bipolar and other mental health articles.

I will be doing this in conjunction with posting everything related to bipolar, mental illness and addiction.

This includes the diseases themselves, symptoms treatment options, insurances and anything else that is related to bipolar and Mental illness.

Bipolar disorder mental illness can be one of the worst diseases to have but it can be treated successfully.

Sometimes it might take a long time to find that right treatment plan and the right prescription cocktail that works for you.

Often times it is test and trial until you get it right.

Often times therapy is needed for a while nor even a lifetime.

As I will discuss in this blog, I have had to utilize therapy as well as finding the right medications that worked for me and that took 50 years for me to figure out.

That’s one of the biggest reasons that I created this blog is so that I could share with you what has helped me and you can also share what has or has not worked for you.

Hopefully others can learn from our mistakes and success stories and won’t have to wait a lifetime to manage their bipolar disorder.

So I encourage anyone who might be reading this blog to please leave feedback in the form of post submissions and comments.

I also hope to soon make this blog a free membership site so people can join and contribute right away.

I will also be posting your experiences and success stories.

I will also be posting what does work and what hasn’t work so feel free to submit your story or experience and I will be glad to post it on here.

In a nutshell I wanted to create a blog that not only documents my past present and future journey, i also wanted to educate others about everything that I can that is related to bipolar and Mental illness.

I also created this blog to hear from you and get your feedback so we can provide help and support to each other.

There is no telling who your story or experience might help.
