I created the e-bipolar unscripted blog to share my experiences with bipolar disorder and other mental illness problems including addiction.
I want to share my thoughts and experiences on these topics and do it in an unscripted format.
For anyone who has bipolar disorder or other mental illness problems you know just how debilitating these mental problems can be and they can and often do require a lifetime treatment plan.
Then there are those that are born predestined with bipolar tendencies, mental illness tendencies and even addiction tendencies.
Getting to the root of your mental illness problems combined with good therapy and with stable medication is a good place to start.
Remember you have to start somewhere.
Like I have said before, medication can be test and trial so you keep trying until you find what works for you. The key aspect is to find a doctor and work with that doctor to find out what works best for you.
Bipolar is often accompanied by secondary issues such as other mental health problems and often times addictions to different or all mind altering substances.
Other Mental illness problems can also accompany bipolar The key is knowing what the symptoms of bipolar disorder are.
The symptoms can vary between individuals but the overall symptom base is the same.
Does you or someone you may know suffer from Bipolar disorder, mental illness or addiction?

Bipolar disorder mental illness can be one of the worst diseases to have but it can be treated successfully.
Sometimes it might take a long time to find that right treatment plan and the right prescription cocktail that works for you.
Often times it is test and trial until you get it right.
Often times therapy is needed for a while nor even a lifetime.
As I will discuss in this blog, I have had to utilize therapy as well as finding the right medications that worked for me and that took 50 years for me to figure out.
That’s one of the biggest reasons that I created this blog is so that I could share with you what has helped me and you can also share what has or has not worked for you.
Hopefully others can learn from our mistakes and success stories and won’t have to wait a lifetime to manage their bipolar disorder.
So I encourage anyone who might be reading this blog to please leave feedback in the form of post submissions and comments.
